Discover electricity and electronics
Six learning modules with simulations, quizzes, and stars. All practical demonstrations are virtual or use safe extra-low voltage. Mains electricity must always be handled by qualified professionals.
Electricity – what is it?
Generation, direct and alternating current, units, hazards, batteries and rechargeable batteries.
The meter cabinet
Fuses, meters, RCDs, and clear limits for non-professionals.
Water and electricity
Bathrooms, thunderstorms, hair dryers, gardens, pools, and ponds.
Electrical circuits
Interactive lamps, switches, and two-way switching circuits.
Electronic components
Resistor, diode, transistor, capacitor, electrolytic capacitor, and IC.
The big knowledge test
20 questions with points and a star rating.
Notes for adults
The modules explain electrical hazards without practical mains-voltage experiments. For real experiments, use only approved educational kits with touch-safe extra-low voltage, suitable components, and adult supervision.
